Back after a short hiatus, I talk with Dr. Aldred about her path to medicine, the ways she claims her space, and how she advocates for changing the culture of medicine. She is brilliant, and kind, and I'm so excited for you all to hear her story. In this episode, "the Gathering" is in reference to an event held for Indigenous students, residents, and physicians to collaborate and build community.
